The Kairos Project is inspired by the works of Andre Kertez, William Eggleston, Vivian Meier, and Lynne Cohen. It was captured entirely on film using a 1950s Leica IIIF and IIIG, as well as a 1970s era Nikon F2. Sometimes minimalist, at times surrealistic, this project focuses on those features we encounter in our travels that survive a contextual disruption. Form, not space, unites these images, as they all have in common the dissolution of their prior context and their transportation to a new persuasive moment.
