There are various freshwater springs throughout Tampa. This project focuses on three of those springs. Sulphur Springs is in an economically disadvantaged neighborhood. The spring is polluted beyond repair. Ulele Spring is in the downtown business district and went through a massive restoration effort several years back. Finally, Palma Ceia Spring is in an affluent neighborhood. It is maintained in a state of benign neglect.
